At Summer Camp Advisory Team, LLC and at Online Adventure Camps (“Online Adventure Camps”), we take privacy and security of personal information very seriously. This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for Online Adventure Camps, its web site www.onlineadventurecamps.com, and various related services.
Participants and parents, and other persons entering any Online Adventure Camps online system or database understand and agree to the terms in the Online Adventure Camps Privacy Policy and User Agreement.
For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (Online Adventure Camps) does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, sex, pregnancy, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, genetic information, disability, age, religion/creed, and military/veteran status in its programs and activities.

Online Adventures Camp Programs Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are intended to keep children/campers (referred to throughout as “students”) safe and make Online Adventure Camps programs positive and productive. By purchasing, using, or allowing your student to use and/or participate in any of Online Adventure Camp’s Online programs, you agree that you and your student will abide and be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as Online Adventure Camp’s General Terms and Conditions. In cases where these Terms and Conditions and Online Adventure Camp’s General Terms and Conditions conflict, the terms found herein apply to any Online Adventure Camps product.
I. Code of Conduct
I agree that I have read through, understand, and agree that I and my student will be held to the Code of Conduct set forth below. I also agree that I have reviewed the Code of Conduct with my student. I understand that I and my student must act in a way that is in keeping with the Code of Conduct and that my student’s Online Adventure Camps product can be canceled if either of our actions or attitudes seem to be harmful to the atmosphere, to my student, other participants, or staff, in the opinion of Online Adventure Camp staff. I and my student understand that Online Adventure Camp reserves the right to cancel my student’s Online Adventure Camps product without any prior warning for violating any of the terms of the Code of Conduct. Refunds will not be given for products canceled for failure of the student or the parent to abide by the Code of Conduct. I also acknowledge that upon staff observation of my student during an Online Adventure Camps program, they may determine that the program is not a suitable and/or productive environment for my student. In this case, Online Adventure Camp may cancel all remaining programs and no refund will be issued. Online Adventure Camp strives to maintain excellent relationships with students. However, in some rare cases, Online Adventure Camps programs may not be a compatible environment for every student.
Students and Parents/Guardians May NEVER:
engage in or threaten violence;
bully, intimidate, or harass others;
use this service, or materials provided as part of this service for illegal or immoral activity;
use inappropriate language;
share camp session information with third-parties, without permission from instructor;
impersonate another person;
publicly display camp session(s);
sexually harass others;
display pornography or any inappropriate material (including sexual content, inappropriate violence, racism, bullying, etc.) during camp programs; or
personally contact instructors outside of camp programs.
Students and Parents/Guardians MUST:
abide by the rules and regulations of the instructor and Online Adventure Camp;
attend camp programs in an appropriate, private setting;
dress appropriately during camp programs;
adhere to the terms of use of any sites used, including following the specified age policies; and
only share material that is related to camp programs, and appropriate.
II. Online Adventure Camps Programs
General Information
All sessions and/or periods are delivered in 45-minute to 120-minute sessions that will be provided between 6am and 11pm Eastern Standard Time.
Multi-camp session discounts may be available. However, multi-camp session purchases are intended to be used in full and unused camp programs will not be refunded.
All camp session credits must be used within one year of purchase. Lesson credits expire a year from purchase, with no refund.
For safety and security reasons, Online Adventure Camp will video record every camp session. Parents and guardians can obtain a copy of the recording by sending an email request to info@onlineadventurecamps.com.
Generally, there is no limit to how many students per camp session are allowed to attend. However, Online Adventure Camp reserves the right to set both minimum and maximum enrollment limits where deemed necessary and without notice.

I am responsible for enrolling in all camp programs via the camp website or through hyperlinks sent out via email or by contacting 800-336-2098.
I can reschedule a camp session by emailing info@onlineadventurecamps.com. All rescheduling must be done with more than 72 hours notice. If sufficient notice is not provided, then the session is treated as a no show and credited against your account.
Camp Programs are on a set calendar (fixed start dates, day of the week, and time) and operate in one-week session intervals.
Only students registered and paid for camp may participate.
Camp Programs are only available for subjects set out by Online Adventure Camp.
Camp Programs will only be taught in English.
For safety and security reasons, Online Adventure Camp will video record every camp session and/or period. Parents and guardians can obtain a copy of the recording by sending an email request to info@onlineadventurecamps.com.
Online Adventure Camp has the right to refuse service.
No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed. Online Adventure Camp is not responsible for any specific outcome, or lack thereof.
Online Adventure Camp Sessions are week long and the duration of periods throughout the week range from 45-minutes to 120 minutes long, which will be provided between 6am and 9pm Pacific Time and are taken in conjunction with a summer Online Adventure Camp camp session.
Only one Online Adventure Camps can be purchased per student per summer camp session scheduled, and it must be scheduled at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the student’s summer camp session or after August 31st of the year in which the camp session is taken.
Lessons not used within one year of purchase are forfeit, and cannot be refunded.
Lessons can be rescheduled for any reason up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled camp session. No-shows or changes made within 72 hours of the appointment start time are considered forfeit and no refund or reschedule will be provided. With at least 72 hour notice, we will gladly reschedule any appointment with no penalty.
Lessons are only available for subjects set out by Online Adventure Camp and are meant to prepare a student prior to taking or to provide follow up to a summer Online Adventure Camp program.
Lessons will only be taught in English.

Only one student per camp session is allowed.
Online Adventure Camp has the right to refuse service.

Only one student per family, per camp session is allowed, unless you have purchased two camp sessions.

5. Online Adventure Camp Programs
Camp camp sessions are run on a set calendar (fixed dates and times) and run for 5 consecutive days, Monday through Friday).
Each camp session session consists of 2 hours of teacher led instruction and 2 hours of optional self-directed project development.
The fee for Virtual Camp programs is non-refundable and missed camp session sessions will be forfeited and cannot be made up or refunded.
Virtual camp sessions may be rescheduled, with no change fee, up to 14 days prior to the first day of the camp session. A $50 fee will apply to any changes made within 14 days and up to 24 hours prior to the first day of the camp session. Camp sessions may not be rescheduled within 24 hours of the start of the first day of camp.
Only students registered for the camp session may participate.
Camp programs are only available for subjects set out by Online Adventure Camp.
Camp programs will only be taught in English.

Virtual Camp programs are a guidance/tutoring service only. No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed. Online Adventure Camp is not responsible for any specific outcome, or lack thereof.
6. Online Adventure Camps
Camp sessions are operated on a set calendar (fixed dates and times) and run for multiple, 5 consecutive days blocks, (i.e. Monday through Friday and then again Monday through Friday). The number of consecutive weeks is dependent on the program purchased, but almost always operates for a period of 5 days. Each camp period/session consists of a time period between 45-minutes to 120 minutes of teacher led instruction, two to three times per day (see camp description and marketed times for further details). The fees paid for these programs is non-refundable and missed camp sessions will be forfeited and cannot be made up or refunded. The entire program rescheduled, with no change fee, up to 14 days prior to the first day of the entire program. A $25 fee will apply to any changes made within 14 days and up to 72 hours prior to the first day of the entire camp program. Camp sessions may not be rescheduled within 72 hours of the start of the first day of the program.
Only students registered for the camp session may participate.
Camp programs are only available for subjects set out by Online Adventure Camp.
Camp programs will only be taught in English.

Our instructors guide students through camp programs and a series of small projects with student participation and self-directed learning encouraged. However, no specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed. Online Adventure Camp is not responsible for any specific outcome, or lack thereof.
III. Release
As a condition of participation in an Online Adventure Camps Program, I authorize that photos, videos, images, audio and testimonials may be taken of me and my student and agree that said content may be used by Online Adventure Camp in promotional materials, marketing collateral, and online media. These images, testimonials, photos, videos, and audio may be shared and used by corporate partners, the media, or other organizations who work with Online Adventure Camp. I understand that Online Adventure Camp, its owners, agents, partners, facility providers, and employees will not be held liable for damages and injuries associated with said publishing, including any and all claims based on negligence. I agree that all images, testimonials, photos, video, and audio taken at or in connection with Online Adventure Camp are the sole and exclusive property of Online Adventure Camps.
IV. Marketing Materials From Photography and Video Recordings
It is understood that the person completing the registration provides Online Adventure Camps with the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or online video recordings of me on Camp and other websites, social media, and in publications, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without compensation to me. I understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of me may be placed on the Internet. I waive the right to approve the final product. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, and all plates, negatives, recording tape and digital files are and shall remain the property of the Camp for marketing purposes only. I hereby release, acquit and forever discharge the Online Adventure Camps and its current and, if applicable, any former trustees, agents, officers and employees of the above-named entities from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs and/or video. Parent(s), family, the person who competes this registration, and child agree to these terms. Unless otherwise notified in writing at info@onlineadventurecamps.com.

V. Contacting Instructor
Students and parents/guardians should be aware that under no circumstances should students give their personal contact information to staff, nor is staff allowed to give students or parents/guardians their personal contact information. Other than during the camp programs, Staff is not permitted to communicate privately with, give out personal contact info to, or become social media friends with students.
