Camp Description
This is the next level for fans of Fortnite! Instead of just playing your favorite battle royale games, why not design your own? In this exciting program campers will use a professional 3D game development software, like Lua, to build levels and assets and create action and battle sequences inspired by popular games like Fortnite. In this popular camp, students will create a Fortnite-style Battle Royale game in Roblox! Students will learn both the basics of 3D game development and fundamental programming concepts using the Lua programming language. This camp is designed for Intermediate to Advanced Campers who are interested in both programming and game development.
Period 1: 11am to 12:45pm (EST)
Period 1: 8am to 9:45am (PST)
Intermission Until Next Period
Period 2: 2:15pm to 4pm (EST)
Period 2: 11:15am to 1pm (PST)
*Intermission means OAC is offline and not providing activity or supervising campers during this time.
This course has no special materials other than a computer.
