Camp Description
In this introductory program and using Scratch, campers will make games, apps and movies, including Fruit Ninjas, Pong, and Breakout. Scratch was originally created at MIT and offers a simple environment for campers to learn about general programming concepts (i.e. loops, conditions and variables) as well as how to build coding projects. While definitely a beginners’ program, this camp will build the foundation and confidence campers need to learn about programming. Absolute beginners are encouraged and welcomed!
